By downloading, installing or using the Ez'Energy application, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
1. Service description
Ez'Energy is an iOS personal energy coaching application. It allows you to track your mental energy, physical energy and mood through daily check-ins, and uses artificial intelligence (Mistral AI) to generate personalized insights, tips and weekly reports. Ez'Energy is not a medical device, a diagnostic tool or a substitute for professional medical advice. AI-generated insights are suggestions for informational purposes only. The app can also connect to Apple Health to automatically import your sleep data (duration, stages) to correlate your sleep quality with your energy levels. This connection is optional and can be disabled at any time.
2. User account
Ez'Energy does not require any account creation. No email, password or identity information is required. All data is stored locally on your device. In-app purchases are managed exclusively through your Apple ID.
3. Subscriptions and pricing
Ez'Energy offers a free plan and three Premium options: • Monthly subscription — EUR 1.99/month • Annual subscription — EUR 14.99/year • Lifetime purchase — EUR 29.99 (one-time payment) Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your iPhone. No refund is granted for the current period in case of cancellation. Prices may vary by country and are displayed in your local currency by the App Store.

5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Ez'Energy in accordance with its intended purpose of personal energy tracking. It is prohibited to: • Attempt to decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer the application • Circumvent subscription verification mechanisms • Use the application for illegal purposes • Automate requests to the application's API
6. Intellectual property
The Ez'Energy application, its source code, design, icons, text and content are the exclusive property of Eazy Green. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution or use is strictly prohibited. The Ez'Energy brand and logo are the property of Eazy Green.
7. Artificial intelligence
The insights, tips and reports generated by the AI are produced automatically from your aggregated energy data. They do not constitute medical, psychological or professional advice in any way. Eazy Green does not guarantee the accuracy, relevance or completeness of AI-generated content. If you have concerns about your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.
8. Service availability
Ez'Energy is provided "as is". We strive to ensure the availability of the application and the AI API, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or due to factors beyond our control (unavailability of Mistral AI, Apple or EAS Hosting).
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eazy Green shall not be held liable for: • Any decision made based on AI insights • Data loss due to device failure, accidental deletion or iCloud issues • Temporary unavailability of the application or AI • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the application
10. Data protection
The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.ezenergy-app.com/privacy. By using Ez'Energy, you acknowledge that you have read this policy.
11. Termination
You may stop using Ez'Energy at any time by uninstalling the application. Uninstalling deletes all local data. Your active subscriptions must be cancelled separately via Apple settings. We reserve the right to suspend access to the AI API in case of abusive use.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the application after modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. In case of substantial modification, a notification will be displayed in the application.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of Ez'Energy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
